Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this idea of buying and selling golf balls in bulk. It’s kind of a random thing, but I think it could be a decent way to make some extra cash.
First, I started looking into where to get a ton of golf balls. Turns out, you can buy them from places that collect lost balls from golf courses. Some of these courses are even the ones where the pros play, which is kind of cool. I also found out that some people collect a bunch of balls and then sell them in bulk, so that’s another option.
Then I got to thinking about how to actually find these lost balls. I mean, I’m not about to spend hours wandering around a golf course. Luckily, I found out about these “smart” golf balls that you can find pretty quickly, like within a minute or two. I haven’t actually tried using them yet, but I’m guessing it’ll take a few tries to get the hang of it.
After that, I started researching where to sell these balls once I had a bunch. I figured I could try selling them online, maybe on marketplaces. I also saw that there are some specialty golf stores that might be interested, like this “Out of Bounds” place or “Dormy”. They seem to have a good selection, so maybe they’d be up for buying in bulk.
