So, I’ve been digging into this whole UNLV football thing, specifically about this player Connor O’Neal. It all started when I was looking up some game highlights and stumbled upon a few articles about the team.
First, I went through their recent victories. I mean, wow, those guys have been on fire! They had a pretty awesome season, racking up 11 wins. That’s a big deal for them, apparently the most wins since way back in 1984.
Then I found out they played in this thing called the LA Bowl. I watched some clips and it was a nail-biter. UNLV shut out Cal in the second half of the game! And I think they’ve secured their first bowl game win since 2000, and the first time reaching 11 wins in 40 years.
I also read about their coach, Barry Odom. It seems like he’s been a big part of their success. I saw a picture of him with the wide receivers coach, Del Alexander. They were watching the players stretch during practice.

And it seems there’s talk that UNLV can hardly catch up with another team, Boise State. So, even though they’re doing great, they still have their work cut out for them.
